Account Information
When an organisation administrator creates a user account, we collect:
- Display Name
- Username
- Email Address
- Phone Number (optional)
- Role (assigned by the administrator)
Usage and Technical Data
When you log in or use our Services, we automatically collect:
- IP Address
- User Agent (browser and device information)
Delivery Data
As a last mile courier platform, we collect the following recipient information to fulfil deliveries:
- Recipient Name
- Delivery Address
- Postal Code
- Phone Number
This information is provided by your organisation and is used solely to facilitate delivery operations.
Mobile App — Location Data
When you use our mobile application, we collect location data in both the foreground and background for the following purposes:
- EPOD Location Capture — when an Electronic Proof of Delivery (EPOD) is taken, your device's location is captured and overlaid on the EPOD image to verify the delivery location.
- Real-Time Driver Tracking — your location is tracked while the app is in use and while it is running in the background, to enable real-time visibility of driver whereabouts during active deliveries.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use authentication cookies to maintain your session and keep you securely logged in. These cookies are essential for the operation of the platform and are not used for advertising or tracking.
We also use Cloudflare services to help protect and operate our platform. Cloudflare may process limited technical data as part of this. For more information, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
How Do We Use Your Information?
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Account Management — to create, manage, and maintain user accounts on your organisation's behalf
- Authentication and Security — to verify your identity and maintain session security
- Service Delivery — to provide, operate, and improve our platform

- Legal Compliance — to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests
- Fraud Prevention — to detect and prevent misuse or fraudulent activity

Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate our platform:
- Microsoft Azure — our cloud infrastructure provider. Your data is hosted and processed on Azure servers. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — provides platform protection and reliability services. Cloudflare may process limited technical data as part of this.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information where required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership.
With Your Consent
We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our Services, and for up to 2 years thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law.
When personal information is no longer necessary, we will securely delete or anonymise it. If deletion is not immediately possible, we will isolate the data from further processing until deletion is possible.
How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including secure session management, platform protection services, and access logging for incident response.
However, no system is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring secure access to your account.
Do We Collect Information From Minors?
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will deactivate the account and delete such data promptly.

What Are Your Privacy Rights?
We operate in Singapore and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). You have the right to:

Where you withdraw your consent, we may nonetheless retain and continue to use your data to the extent necessary to:

Do-Not-Track Signals
Our platform does not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals, as no uniform standard has been established. If a recognised standard is adopted in the future, we will update this notice accordingly.
